Since October 2025, 44 papers carry a diversity-and-inclusion, diversity-management, workplace-diversity, inclusive-leadership or affirmative-action keyword (23 in management journals): "diversity, equity, and inclusion" on 12, "inclusive leadership" on 8, "diversity and inclusion" on 8, "workplace diversity" on 5, "affirmative action" on 5, "diversity management" on 4. The quarter to September 2026 had 17 such papers against about 8 per quarter earlier. Only 5 of the 44 also carry a backlash, political, legal, rollback or ideology keyword.
